Tax Exemption Status

Country Meadow Ltd. offers wholesale accounts to qualified businesses only. This means you need to be licensed by your home state.

Note:
To qualify for a wholesale account you MUST fax us a copy of your current business license or EIN letter from the IRS so we have actual proof that you are a licensed business. We will NOT accept your license number via email (text) as we have no way to verify if that number is valid or not.

Your account will remain in a pending status until we receive the above information. Once we receive a copy of your license we will activate your wholesale account.

If you are a Washington business we will need you to fill out and send back (either via email or snail mail) a current Resale Tax Permit for exemption of sales tax.
