TGIF!!

**Anyone else glad it’s Friday?
I’ve been exhausted this week….and it doesn’t help that it now gets dark around 5:00 pm. Oh but just wait….By Mid December it will be dark at 4:00 pm. Oh joy! Bright side = After December 21st we start gaining daylight hours back even if it’s only miliseconds a day!

**A bit behind
In addition to wanting to go to bed at 5:00 pm (see above) my evening ‘free’ time is an hour less.

As I posted last week we have a new addition to our family. Lemon, a 4 yr. old, male Umbrella cockatoo. These birds are extremely sensitive and highly intelligent and need to be out of their cage several hours a day. In the evening I let him out for an hour or so. The ’so’ being if he isn’t ready to go back in his cage he isn’t going!

I usually use my evening time and weekends to work on new products, pictures and website adjustments. Due to the above (and the fact that I am doing three shows this month) I am running dreadfully behind.

Im hoping by mid next week to have everything back under control and the new holiday soaps up on the website!

**Blog
Oh joy. Wordpress has yet another upgrade. I’m always afraid of doing the automatic upgrades. Seems like something always goes wrong! If I feel brave enough this weekend I may try to upgrade on Sunday. Marr…please stand by!

**Gift Baskets
After MANY years of offering gift baskets with our products I discontinued them last year. I simply got tired of doing them.

However,
We will for this holiday season offer custom gift baskets!

All you have to do is let us know the theme (fall, winter, Christmas etc.) and how much you want to spend (not including shipping). We will then put together your basket and ship it to where ever it needs to go. Shipping will be determined once the basket is made since the cost is determined by box size, weight and zone.

We required a 7 day lead time on all custom baskets so keep this in mind when ordering!

**Friday the 13th
Yea big deal.
I’m not a superstitous person.
I don’t have a fear of black cats nor do I throw salt over my left (or is it right) shoulder.
I don’t think putting my shoes on left foot first or my Harley gloves right hand first (always) is weird.

Amazingly she still doesn’t get it.
No need for me to say more.

**Water on the moon
I fail to understand why this is important.
I fail to see why we had to spend $79 million dollars to crash land a spacecraft on the moon.
I fail to comprehend all of the homeless men, women and children, struggling schools with large class sizes and dwindling supplies, all of the unemployed whose benefits will soon run out and those with no health care….

Think of how many better uses that $79 million dollars could have been used for.

**2012

I LOVE disaster movies/shows!

The new movie 2012 looks right up my alley.
I will have to talk to hubs.
Not sure if we will want to see this in the theater or wait til it comes out on DVD…or maybe….we will want to do both!
