Emails and Spam Filters….
It would have been soooo nice if I had known this before…
I JUST found out (from our host) that some emails were being caught by our hosts spam filter and have been sitting in limbo!
We have a junk filter on Outlook but I didn’t realize that the host also had filters in place.
I just browsed the spam folder and for the most part the emails were spam….
but there are a few that were not.
I have released those emails and will be responding to them promptly.
I have said this before and I’m going to say it again…
I NEVER 100% trust emails getting through!
If you send us an email and you don’t get a response within 24 hours please assume that it was not received. You can either email us again or give us a call.
And starting today I will be manually checking our hosts spam folder to make sure legitimate emails are not stopped!
