Meet Corey Colwell-Lipson of Green Halloween
Today is the first day of Autumn and it sure shows!
We have our typical fall Seattle weather….grey clouds and intermittent rain with the occasional sunbreaks. The leaves are already turning (and falling) and thoughts are leaning heavily towards Halloween. I know our granddaughters are chomping at the bit to go costume shopping (this weekend girls I promise!).
This is the perfect time to introduce you to Corey Colwell-Lipson of Green Halloween.
A couple of years ago we came in contact with Corey and fell in love with her concept. (We were finally able to meet in person last weekend at the Green Edmonds Festival and it was like finding a long, lost friend!).
Green Halloween is a non-profit, grass-roots community initiative to create healthier, more earth-friendly holidays….starting with Halloween.
After putting our heads together we came up with our own version of a ‘green’ halloween product specifically for Green Halloween.
Our Halloween Soap favors are biodegradable and all packaging is recyclable. Not only that but our Halloween Soap favors do not cause cavities or obesity!
To help support Green Halloween and Treeswing we are donating a percentage of each sale of our Halloween Soap favors directly to these organizations.
