We are taking a few extra days off from work this Labor Day weekend!
Country Meadow Ltd. will be closed from Thursday, August 28, 2008 through Monday, September 1, 2008.
We will be available via email or phone during this time (with the exception of Sunday/Monday).
All orders will be processed in the order received when we reopen on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
I hope you had an enjoyable summer and I, like you, am sad to see it come to an end. I can only hope that September/October brings us mild weather and I look forward to seeing the fall leaves in their colorful splendor!

I’m the sort of person that has to create lists….otherwise I tend bounce around from one project to another. In addition to my lists I also have sticky notes stuck everywhere….even virtual ones on my computer desktop!
I realized this morning (while thinking of all the things I NEED to get done) that my current method just is not working.
Some of our Twitter friends suggested using the Microsoft Office Outlook email program…which to my delight has an actual to-do list manager (I did not know this!!).
We currently use Outlook Express for email. It is simple and easy to use but it does not include the aforementioned to-do list manager.
So sometime during the long Labor Day weekend we will be switching over from Outlook Express to Outlook. It should be a smooth transition and I don’t anticipate any email problems…..
but….
I am NOT a technical person and if there is something to screw up I can guarantee you I will find it!
If over the next few days you do not get a reply to our emails (other than our auto-responder) please have patience while I get things figured out and back to normal!
