Now that we have our Wedding Card Soap Favors available we would like to introduce you to The Poem Company.

It’s funny how at times unique ideas are hard to come by and at other times the light bulb just seems to burn a little bit brighter.

Our wedding card soap favors came to me in a light-bulb moment.

I love handmade cards and wanted to incorporate both a handmade card and a sample of our soap in a combination that would bring a smile to wedding guests as well as give them a feeling of receiving a wedding favor that actually had worth and was something they would enjoy after the wedding was over.

I came across The Poem Company  and sent them off an email to see if they could do what I had in mind.

I wanted three poems that would incorporate the gift of handmade soap, a night of relaxation for the recipients and bring a smile when the poem was read.

The Poem Company came through with flying colors and I approved the three poems without any revisions. They took my concept and was able to relay it via the poems to a tee!

We have plans for more favors in the future and will look to The Poem Company to create new poems that will reflect the nature of the cards.

Even though we’ve wanted to offer wedding favors this project was left on the back burner for over a year…we simply did not want to do the ordinary ‘soap with wedding label’ favor that everyone else seems to be doing.

We wanted something different and a little more personal!

And I think we came up with a great alternative.

Country Meadow now offers a unique and special way for you to say thank you to your wedding guests. Our wedding card soap favors will give your guests something memorable to take home and enjoy and perhaps, if they are lucky a night of romantic relaxation!

Each wedding card soap favor consists of a handmade card that includes details about the wedding, a poem that was specifically created for our cards and a 1 oz. slice of handmade soap.

You will have your choice of theme, card color, poem and soap.

Because these are handmade there will be a lead time depending on how many you order. We will let you know at the time you order how long it will be before your wedding card soap favors will be ready. As always it is best to place you order several months in advance to make sure we can source the chosen colors and have your order to you well before your wedding day.
