We just wanted to remind you that shipping costs are an estimate only!
Our website is linked directly with UPS and USPS so we assume we will receive accurate shipping costs through our shopping cart. This is NOT always true! It appears that for some reason we are getting a HIGH shipping estimate instead of a true shipping cost.
We have pulled our hair out (well…almost) trying to figure out what the problem is. We have entered in the exact weight of each product, without any padding for shipping materials and the shipping box…and we still seem to receive a high shipping estimate.
We always manually double check directly with the UPS and USPS websites to get acurate shipping costs and will adjust your invoice either UP or DOWN, as the situation warrants to reflect actual shipping costs.
Your order is NOT automatically processed if paying via credit card or paypal. Once we issue an invoice we manually process your payment. This avoids you paying more than necessary.
Remember: When ordering from our website the shipping estimate you see will most likely be higher than what is due. Don’t panic. Wait for us to email you a final invoice with the correct shipping cost. You can also email us for a shipping estimate in advance.

We are in the process of upgrading our website. I don’t think there will be any noticable down time but if our site appears non-existant or any glitches happen to appear just know we ARE here! We are also having a few new modules installed so the completion date is yet undetermined.
