I love those food competition shows: wedding cakes, cook-offs etc.
I happened to catch one that showcased Lisa Herlinger of Ruby Jewel Treats.
Now I LOVE ice cream and will happily go without dinner just so I can have some (gotta watch those calories ya know!). I was immediately intrigued with her products as they fit right in with my dietary needs!
(ice cream = milk = calcium…right?)

The honey lavender/lemon cookie is to die for.
I just had to stop at our local Central Market this morning and pick up the fresh mint with dark chocolate cookie, the espresso with cinnamon chocolate cookie and of course more of the honey lavender with lemon cookie.
Now how to figure how to get them into the freezer without my husband seeing the bag!

I see on her website they will have a new flavor come this fall….
